Mill Creek

Known as "Guragurang" to the local Dharawal people of the Georges River. Dharawal woman Biddy Giles supported & supplied native foods, including goanna & black brim, wild honey and oysters to white travellers and struggling settlers who were trying to live on small farms & orchards in the Mill Creek area near Lucas Heights/Holsworthy area along the Georges River up until 1880s.
